One of the year’s most important design awards came to a splendid conclusion when more than 1,200 guests from all over the world converged on Essen’s Aalto Theatre for the annual red dot gala on Monday, July 4. The evening hit its peak when the GROHE design team led by Paul Flowers was officially named the “red dot: design team of the year 2011”. GROHE is the first manufacturer in the sanitary industry receiving this accolade.

CEO David J. Haines presented the annual figures of Grohe AG and afterwards accepted together with GROHE Senior Vice President Design Paul Flowers the accolade “red dot: design team of the year 2011” from Prof. Dr. Peter Zec, the initiator and CEO of the red dot design award.
